Time Out says

Street photographer Leon Levinstein (1910–1988) settled in New York in 1946, and spent the rest of his career roaming its neighborhoods, from Coney Island to the Lower East Side to Times Square, taking candid, black-and-white portraits of passersby. This exhibition of 40 photographs recounts Levinstein's obsession with the city, as well as the evolving landscape of 20th-century New York.
