Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt was kidnapped by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) while campaigning in 2002. Tonight, she’ll reflect on her experiences as a prisoner, as well as the process of penning her memoir, Even Silence Has an End: My Six Years of Captivity in the Colombian Jungle.
