Time Out says

Cocurated with the New York Public Library, this exhibition of more than 120 books, letters, diaries, photographs and drawings examines one of the U.S.’s most beloved authors, Samuel Langhorne Clemens—a.k.a. Mark Twain. The collection aims to illuminate a recurring theme in the author’s works: the technological innovations and progress of the Industrial Revolution. Fans can see manuscripts handwritten by Twain, as well as examples of his (mostly failed) experiments.
