"News Paper Spires"

The headquarters of The New York Times and Tribune were among the first skyscrapers to dot the Manhattan skyline. This exhibit, which celebrates the buildings' turn-of-the-20th-century golden age, includes photographs, prints and films of the structures and employees working inside. You can also check out a model of the terra-cotta-clad Times building (now known as One Times Square) circa 1905, and the tools of the publishing trade, such as letterpress fonts and printing plates.
