Curiosity about her neighbors’ diverse backgrounds prompted Flatbush, Brooklyn, resident Nina Talbot to spend the past 11 years interviewing and painting them; 17 of her pieces will be on view in this exhibit. The works are supplemented by personal photos of and recorded interviews with the subjects (audio will be available via a set of headphones next to each subject).
