Public Art Fund

Bordered by government buildings dating back to the early 19th century, this small downtown park fills during the day with tourists, courthouse visitors and local office denizens taking their lunch. The Public Art Fund has been mounting exhibitions of outdoor sculpture here for more than 30 years.
