The third annual QBC fest is a four-day affair with parties, panels on topics from distribution to breaking into film through TV, and a dozen feature-length and short films, including Cheryl Dunye's Owls, about lesbian dysfunction, Kareem Mortimer's Children of God, about intersecting LGBT lives in the Bahamas, and "Tracks," Deana Williams's short about a teenage runaway.
