For the first installment of "Learning in New York," the Historic District Council's three-part examination of NYC educational buildings, architect Bruce Nelligan talks about renovating Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan schools dating from 1893 to 1930. He’ll be joined by fellow architect Rashmi Sen, who has helped rehabilitate libraries around the city.
