SAGE (Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Elders) hosts its first-ever conference for LGBT older adults (50 and over), which aims to bring together hundreds of folks from around the country to explore topics including reforming public policies, tackling ageism, the challenges of caregiving for the loved ones of LGBT elders and overcoming the mental and physical challenges of aging.
