Designers John Tauranac and Massimo Vignelli—who have shaped NYC subway maps of the past—meet with Eddie Jabbour, creator of subway-app Kick Map, and Paul Shaw, author of Helvetica and the New York City Subway System, to discuss the current transit chart (revised earlier this year) and the challenges that urban cartography presents.
