Time Out says

British photographer Chris Schwarz, who passed away in 2007, documented areas of Poland that were almost entirely populated by Polish Jews before World War II; his photos are on view in that country’s Galica Jewish Museum. For the first time, some of the late photographer’s work will be on view at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, in an exhibit that looks at the lost culture of Polish Jews as well as the attempts to rebuild it.
