The celebrated Versailles Royal Opera Orchestra has never yet crossed the Atlantic to tour the New World—that is, until now. And now, they're performing at the luxe Printemps store in Lower Manhattan for a show called "Versailles in Printemps: The Affair of the Poisons."
This thrilling immersive experience on July 21 allows audience members to explore the 55,000 square-foot space detailing The Affair of the Poisons. Betrayal, murder and witchcraft, oh my! Each room in the space includes performances of many varieties, including opera, dancing, jugglers and tarot card readers, with the main event of the night being a performance by the full 37-piece Versailles Royal Opera Orchestra.
Complimentary food will be provided by James Beard award-winning chef Gregory Gourdet, wine by Bouchaine Vineyards, cocktails by Via Carota and non-alcoholic liberations by Curious Elixirs.
