"Weather Beacon"

If weather.com has let you down one too many times, head to the World Financial Center Plaza to see the Weather Beacon, a kinetic sculpture by artist Erik Guzman that translates Internet data about the weather into flashing lights that’ll tip you off on sunny days to come. The sculpture will be on view 24 hours a day.
