The Dominick’s seventh-floor contribution to rooftop lounging features a mosaic-bedecked pool complete with a four-foot-high waterfall. Those lucky enough to gain access to this downtown Shangri-la can expect wines, bourbon iced teas and snacks such as lamb sliders—but unless you're a hotel guest, the place is off-limits. Bummer.
