Hops-heads can swing by this sister bar to neighboring Bed-Vyne Wine. The 40-seat drinkery evokes a cozy cabin with reclaimed-wood walls and benches. At a steel-topped bar, throw back brews both domestic (Stevens Point Special Lager) and foreign (Bellhaven Twisted Thistle), while noshing on snacks from Stinky Bklyn and Hot Bread Kitchen.

I'll preface this review by saying I love everything about Bedvyne Brew. The owners are local and really care about the community they serve.
The digs: it's seemingly a place that keeps growing. The whole bar has a nice and cozy feel to it without feeling cramped. The simple furniture and wooden benches only amplify this. The patio, when the weather's right, is the best spot to sit and have a drink and make a friend...I've made several.
The drink: a great rotating tap section. The beers tend to favor the bigger, fuller IPAs (it is in Brooklyn, after all) but they have something for everyone. The owners taste all the beers and approve them rather than take random shots at something that could suck. If beer isn't your thing they offer a great selection of red and white wines that are picked with the same passion as the beers.
The rest: the staff, the djs, and the pop up restaurants all put the bow on this great little package. Brew was one of the first new bars to open up in this area of Bedstuy and I'm so happy they did. It's my regular Friday after work hang out. Go there, have a drink, make a friend and stay awhile - the company's great!
