Time Out says

Catch the game on one of 30 HD TVs at this chichi, 4,000-square-foot sports lounge. Noted mixologist Charlotte Voisey created the cocktails, including the Bounce Martini, which mixes vodka, blackberries, lime juice and ginger. To eat, find Asian-influenced American plates, like spicy Korean chicken wings and the Au Cheval burger: a brisket-and-short-rib patty topped with a fried egg, red onion and Brooklyn Brine pickles.

Bounce is a legit sports club - its fancy, people reserve tables and have bottle service, all to watch (or not watch) sporting events on TV on the weekends during the day. I've also been at night and it's pretty fun, but packed!
