Brook 23 Bar + Kitchen is a gastropub, owned and operated by Chef Richard Soriano, in the spot formerly occupied by J Maggs, Village Square, and the Beanery. The décor is warm and inviting with an old school American theme. Chef Soriano has put together an eclectic mix of fun sharing appetizers and exquisite entrees. Higher end tavern food like our duck fries (a take on poutine), smoked salmon deviled eggs, and smoked short rib sliders stand out on this extremely unique and delicious menu. The beverage program specializes in whiskey and craft beer, with 16 crafts on tap and over 30 bourbons available in tasting glasses or full glasses.
