The beers available on draft and in bottles change regularly—often daily—so be sure to check Craft Culture’s website if you’re looking for something specific. You might find breweries like Transmitter Brewing, Central Waters Brewing Company and Kings County Brewers Collective on the menu on any given day. Craft Culture’s not all about booze, though: The bar also offers a food menu annotated with recommended beer pairings. Snack on fries tossed in truffle butter, truffle cheese and truffle oil ($7), three french onion sliders ($14) or a BLT with maple bacon, fresh mozzarella, local greens, chipotle aioli and pesto on ciabatta ($14).
