Time Out says
Female-driven bar teams have been particularly notable as of late, with leading women in the industry opening their own drink destinations (Julie Reiner and Ivy Mix at Leyenda, Gina Goyette and Carolyn Pincus at Bottle & Bine). Joining the much-welcome trend is this 57-seat Gowanus cocktail bar from drinks vet Katipai Richardson-Wilson (the Breslin, Basik) and designer-partner Shana Sandberg (Jean-Georges at the Mark). Behind a riveted brass bar illuminated with fabric-and-zinc lanterns, Richardson-Wilson oversees a high-meets-low drinks list, with beer-and-shot combos sharing menu space with more elevated cocktails such as a gin-and-Chartreuse Spring Fever (vinegar, calamansi honey) and a rum-heavy Ti for Two with rooibos tea, hibiscus and lemon.

Laid-back yet upbeat vibes, killer cocktails, awesome staff and all in a beautiful space that can easily lend itself to an all-day (and all-night!) hang. Also has a super rad party area in the back. Love this spot!
Drinks are excellent, vibe is chill, laid back and cool. Staff is awesome and the clientele is NOT annoying. My favorite NEW bar.
The drinks are delicious and the Mac and cheese is one of the best I've had. The bar has a great vibe, I love the size of the space. You can either chill at the bar or tables in the front but if your feeling like you want to be a little hidden go hang out in the cozy back room. And you can't beat Mac & Cheese Mondays where you get a Modelo and M&C for $10, best way to start the week!
