Actually just poked my head in to see the artwork at GHOST two nites ago. This new Bar is a clean, modern extension of the Woodward Gallery Project Space. I ended up hanging out with some street artists who were there and their skilled bartender made me the BEST cocktail ever--off menu! Planning to visit with the GHOST regularly!
GHOST on Eldridge Street is an Art BAR and cafe located directly across from Woodward Gallery, NYC serving the local community and art enthusiasts. The concept is taken from a photo and eyewitness accounts of a Ghostly apparition in front of the space when it was first built! Contemporary sleek bar/cafe/lounge featuring Woodward Gallery's Project Space on the exterior wall and rotating original street art throughout the interior. We serve freshly brewed Illy coffee all day. Cocktails to die over–like Ghost, Dark & Stormy and Death's Door Peach!! Great varied wine list and bottled craft beer selection. The developing food recipes are taken from a clairvoyant from people beyond the grave!! There is a GHOST on Eldridge Street!
