Time Out says

Longtime bar cohorts David Smith and Jeff Anzulewicz, who met seven years ago working the counter at East Village pub Dempsey’s, are buddying up again for this Penn Station–area watering hole. An 18-tap craft selection overseen by former Berg’n barman Tristan Colegrove focuses on IPAs and farmhouse ales brewed near and far, like the citrus-packed Hop Showers from Brooklyn’s Other Half Brewing and a Prairie Bomb! imperial stout from Tulsa. Kitchen operations are overseen by Jeepney alum Jim Takacs, who issues comfort foods like pancetta-flecked macaroni and cheese, tender Grandma’s meatballs and dry-rubbed chicken wings in a farm-inspired room fixed with oil-stained oak flooring, gray wainscoting and worn leather banquettes.
