Time Out says

Note: The event is being rescheduled; we'll update you once we hear about a new date.

Like most industries, the beer industry isn't always the most inclusive of women, which is why Market 57's PLATFORM—a showcase kitchen in Chelsea—is hosting "Hops and Herstory: A Celebration of Women in Beer." The March 3 event, which highlights local women brewers, falls during Women's History Month.

Starting at 4pm, you can check out a tasting class by LaTreace Harris and Harlem Hops, Manhattan’s first black-owned NYC local craft beer bar. Participants will also get a chance to hear from Christina Thomas of Brown Girls Brew and Lauren Van Pamelan of Tin Barn Brewing and taste their emblematic beers, all for $75.
