Time Out says

Part of the thriving Karaoke Duet empire that consists of three private-room palaces in and around Koreatown, Duet 35 is the quintessential midtown karaoke hang. If you're looking for a place to get sloppy drunk with your coworkers while belting out Third Eye Blind, Alanis Morisette and other ’90s (and ’70s, and ’80s) faves, this is the spot. Bonus points for the venue's bring-your-own-food policy.

A karaoke place THAT ACTUALLY HAS ACTUAL MUSIC VIDEOS...for SOME songs. (Spoiler alert: Eminem - Slim Shady does not, but the korean vid is hysterical/amazing). Had an absolute blast with about 15 of us coming and going over the course of 3hrs, we had reserved the largest room in advance, and the cocktails are great if you don't order from the well.

Celebrated the birthdays of a friend and mine the other day. Let me tell you, here there were plenty of laughs, and smiles and memories as we pelted out hit songs again and again. The drinks weren't too bad and definitely loosened everyone up and made us feel like we were living out fantasies lol.

This is a really fun place to go if you want to do karaoke with friends without going to an overcrowded bar and waiting hours for your turn.  The private rooms are spacious and Duet lets you bring outside food in with you, which is great and super convenient for parties.  The drinks from the bar aren't that great, but they're good enough to encourage even the shiest of your friends to belt out "Tik Tok" like their life depends on it. This is the place to go for a fun night out!

I've had pretty good experiences here so far. Fairly cheap compared to other karaoke places in ktown, running 8.50 per person, per hour. So if you have a small group, it's manageable. The drinks are affordable, i recommend the sake bombs. Their cocktails, while super sugary, are also inexpensive so it's a great way to have fun, go out, and not have to front too huge of a bill. Plus the staff are quite friendly and there's usually not to bad of a wait if you just quickly call ahead.

Legit karaoke place! Great for big groups, I had a birthday party here before. Good/affordable drinks. They don't offer food but they let you bring your own.

This karaoke lounge is a wonderful spot to hop in after you consume the drinks necessary to convince you that you must absitively-posolutely need to sing Bohemian Rhapsody to your co-workers.

We went here after a company party with a 40 person plus and the staff was super nice (they even stayed open a little later then usual for us!) It wasn't hard to get drinks and they had every song you could ask for (plus the music videos that play during the songs are pretty entertaining)

Had a raucous outing here earlier this month with a huge group of coworkers (living the cliche!) and had a blast. The rooms are enormous and comfortable, the song selection is comprehensive and the drinks are cheap; what more could you ask for.

Stopped by here one night with a VERY large group and they were very accommodating. Drinks and room rates are relatively affordable and the music selection is on point.

The rooms at this karaoke bar are massive and the song list expansive. And if you're lucky, you might just meet some reality TV stars in the lobby.
