If you need a classy spot for a happy hour near Grand Central, look no further than La Biblioteca. I mean, it's a good-looking tequila bar with a solid happy hour and put-together business people.

I wouldn't write home about the food, but it's the perfect accompaniment to a strong margarita or tasting flight, if you're into that sort of thing (I know I am).

Is the bar underneath Zengo Restaurant in midtown, this is a hidden gem, you go downstairs and immediately find yourself in a fancy hidden library (however the books are replaced with tequila bottles of all kinds), is dark, cozy and great for a first date, and after work drinks, the happy hour appetizers are great for sharing and priced well,  i would recommend the tacos, you can order one of each (beef, chicken, fish and carnitas), , my favorite drinks are the margaritas and caipirinhas (brazilian drink), they have a nice kick to it, and don't feel intimidated if you read that is the library of tequila and think of tequila shots right away, you can also have other selection for drinks, music is great too and not too loud so you can have great convos. Only downside if that there is not many tables, is surrounded by big old style sofas, so if you feel you want to get a table/sofa spot there arrive early.  #TOTastemaker
