Time Out says

This country-rock dive has that whiskey-soaked je ne sais quoi we like in a no-nonsense drinkery. The bar’s makeshift decor—including mounted steer horns and a large wood patio out back—looks as if it might have been shipped in from a Dixieland saloon, and it’s matched by a simple focus on good times over gimmicks. Feed a few bucks into a honky-tonk–fueled jukebox, then explore the dirt-cheap combo deals: Five bucks gets you two cans of Lionshead Pilsner, while an $8 combo of a PBR tall boy and Buffalo Trace White Dog (fresh-off-the-still raw whiskey) will lay you out quicker than a rodeo bull.
