Mixed drinks, including the sticky-sweet Caramel Apple and the tart Montecristo sidecar, as well as a decent wine list and well-priced draft beer, keep pre- and posttheatergoers gazing at the twinkling lights. Thursday happy hour features free sushi. Although it lacks the glamour of other hotel bars, this is a reliably calm spot on one of the craziest blocks in the world.
