Take a cue from the name and give this long, slim place a try. A selection of 30 wines, 2 sakes and 8 beers on tap is complemented by generous tasting plates of aged cheeses, dried meats and preserved vegetables, all served in a candlelit brick space decorated with vintage school maps. The whole deal is inspired by a well-known restaurant in Barcelona that serves conservas, or preserved foods and nothing has been lost in translation.
