Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
With miles of red velvet and satin, an enormous stage for live performances and even two strip-club–style poles, it could be the set for Moulin Rouge. Parties include Sunday night’s house-music Asseteria and a weekly homage to Cabaret. On other nights, college students and business types are coaxed onto the dance floor by DJs spinning mainstream house and R&B. The drink list is pure Candy Land: NY Cheesecake, Almond Joy, Cherry Bomb. Hope those servers in showgirl headgear know how to administer an insulin shot.
