[title]
A megaclub (18,000 square feet!) has taken up residence on the Bowery, with room for everything but intimacy. The sprawling space has a 30-seat café; a 5,000-square-foot lounge; a 1,500-square-foot dance floor; and a live-music venue and recording studio in the basement, called Crash Mansion. It’s open practically 24 hours: You can have breakfast in the café (it opens at 8am), lunch or dinner (Latin-Asian cuisine) in one of the dining rooms, then drink and dance until the wee hours. Music leans toward Top 40; guests lean toward white twentysomethings from slightly out of town.
