The owner of Shine and Mission realized that the Garment District lacked a good postwork drink spot, so he converted this former showroom into a spacious lounge. The fashion motif is far from subliminal: Antique sewing machines perch above the bar, and on the cocktail menu you’ll find apparel-themed drinks.
