This 5,500-square-foot Time Warner Center lounge is bedecked in rosewood and stone (hence the name) and filled with plush couches and leather chairs, where you can knock back one of the 23 drinks on the martini-loaded cocktail list. Though some cost a small fortune (such as a $15 “Grapefruit Basil” with Bombay Sapphire, grapefruit juice and sprigs of the fresh herb), tipplers may be too busy checking out the stunning Central Park views to notice.
