[title]
This 57-year-old, two-room tavern is thoroughly wallpapered with beer-distributor booty, but its location, across from the South Beach boardwalk, makes it a great place to tie one on. Surf is the friendly corner bar of bygone days. Families eat pizzas and burgers in the back; up front, second-generation owner Al “Butchie” Prato Jr. pours and calls cabs for patrons who have stepped (or stumbled) over the line.
