This new three-tiered venue (existing in that gray area between lounge and full-blown club) certainly looks swell, with its mix of sleek industrial fixtures, wood furnishings and plenty of tinted lighting (no bonus points for guessing which color). The verdict is still out as to whether the spot will be a dream or a dud; the venue has been been flying a bit under the radar thus far.
