This classy-looking Williamsburg cocktail bar has a drinks list that should prove something of a draw. Those partial to whiskey will be very pleased to see a long list ranging from well-known bourbons and blends such as Jack Daniels and Johnnie Walker (Black, Rye Cask, Platinum and Blue) to some serious single malts from the likes of Balvenie, McCallan and Bunnahaiban.
The cocktails list reads pretty well, too, including the Velvet Brooklyn (bourbon, ruby port wine, bitters and orange peel), Road to Bali (Tito’s, cucumber, lemongrass, citrus and ginger beer) and Place in the Sun, a mix of tequila, grapefruit, rosemary-jalapeño syrup, lime and soda that sounds like it'll put hair on your chest.
Keep an eye out for live music (jazz and reggae, mostly), a range of cigars, a good wine list and beers from Brooklyn brewery on tap.
