Now, you can shop, eat and go to a concert in one shot. Inside Chelsea Market, Brooklyn-based Paper Garden Records is launching a concert series, smartly coined “Chelsea Nights.”
Three musical acts will take stage—and, yes, there will be an actual stage on the concourse level—on the first Friday of every month. Listen to local folk singer and songwriter Laura Gibson, as well as indie artists Cassandra Jenkins and ARMS this evening.
The music starts at 7:30pm, but the first 50 people that show up will receive a tote bag filled with goodies from Chelsea Market vendors. Some easy winnings include stickers and 7-inch records from Paper Garden, a free drink coupon, crunchy praline wonder bars from Chelsea Market Baskets, a drink card from The Green Table, a free gelato scoop card and brownies from Fat Witch.
So, consider this your Friday night plan, get there early and make a night of it!
