A giant "Love Wins" installation is coming to Brookfield Place this week

With Pride Week officially underway here in New York (and on Time Out's Snapchat) gestures of solidarity with the LGBT community are springing up all over the city. 

This week, Brookfield Place is getting in on the action with corporate partners including American Express, BNY Mellon, City National, OppenheimerFunds, RBC and Time, Inc. Large acrylic 3D block letters spelling out "LOVE WINS" will be on display atop the grand staircase in Brookfield Place's Winter Garden from June 18 until June 27. Visitors are invited to fill the installation with colorful love letters all week long.

"It is encouraging to witness the impact of collaboration and inclusiveness among our corporate and retail tenants as we celebrate New York City's Pride Week," said Callie Haines, Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Brookfield in a statement. "Our iconic location provides the perfect backdrop for Love Wins, which champions love and equality for all members of our community."
