An arctic blast from the past arrived in New York this morning, bringing with it the coldest temperatures the city's seen since March. Do you remember March? It was a beautiful time where people wore gloves and the idea of President Donald Trump would have had you laughing for hours.

Today’s cold weather will continue through Wednesday. High winds this afternoon will keep temperatures below freezing, with a forecasted low of 16 degrees tonight. On Tuesday, temperatures are expected to remain below freezing, but there will at least be bright, sunny skies to emotionally counteract the soul-numbing air. There will be a slight warm up on Wednesday and Thursday with temps back in the 40s.

No matter how fast you run, winter and rat memes will always find you.
