Update, February 17: Björk has canceled her April 4 City Center date and added two new shows at Brooklyn's Kings Theatre during her upcoming run. See below for the full list of dates. Tickets for the Kings Theatre dates go on sale at Ticketmaster on Friday, February 20, at noon. (The canceled show will not be rescheduled; refunds are available, and ticket holders will have access to the presale for the newly announced shows.)

Perhaps you recall our announcement earlier today that D'Angelo has scheduled—oh, you know, nothing special…—his first official concert date in support of Black Messiah, at the freakin' Apollo Theater? Well, we've got another bombshell for you. Icelandic art-pop queen Björk has just unveiled a series of six—count ’em, six—March and April dates in NYC, leading up to her June appearance at Governors Ball. There's nothing coincidental about the timing: The date of the first show, March 7, is the same day Björk's MoMA retrospective opens, and very likely right around the time her new album, Vulnicura, drops. You know you want to be there, so here are the deets:

Carnegie Hall; March 7, 14
Kings Theatre; March 18, 22
City Center; March 25, 28; April 1

Go here for Carnegie tix and here for City Center tix, starting next Monday, January 19, at 11am (presale) or next Friday, January 23, at 11am (general sale). Happy clicking!
