New Yorkers have a hate-love relationship with many of the city's public agencies—from the DoH shuttering our favorite eateries to the eternal nightmare known as the MTA. But we have to hand it to guys over in the Department of Consumer Affairs for releasing an awesome map that shows every restaurant in the city with a licensed sidewalk seating area—look how many options you've got in the West Village!
