New Yorkers and their pups, rejoice! You can now legally eat with your pooch by your side at any outdoor bars or restaurants!
Governor Cuomo signed the "Dining with Dogs" bill into law yesterday, Gothamist reports, so even though the Health Department keeps trying to shut the doggies down, they're free to hang out in patios, sidewalks or backyard spaces now (you hear that, Lucky Dog?). So head to all the dog-friendly bars and parks you want! Whether or not you dress your dog up in a costume is up to you!
