One of New York's most delicious members-only clubs is opening its doors to the hungry hoi polloi today. For anyone who's enviously eyed instagram photos of friends at the secretive Dinner Lab, you can now sign up for a free account that'll grant you access to Dinner Lab's core evening events, which typically run about $70 and include five courses of food and unlimited booze. Meanwhile, a select membership is still $175 per year and allows you to book a space at these dinners a week before free members and attend discounted nationwide events as well as a variety of happy hours, parties and chef demonstrations.

Every dinner hosted by the national pop-up club, which arrived in New York last September, spotlights a different up-and-coming chef who creates a one-time menu usually based on a specific theme or concept—like breakfast for dinner or Mexican home cooking. The nighttime feasts are hosted in swanky spaces that exist for only 24-hours, with details about the surprise location e-mailed to ticket-holders one day prior. After dining, guests are invited to provide feedback and suggestions on comment cards, in line with the organization's belief that high-end chefs should hear and interact with consumers. Check out the new options and click here to join the club.
