Now that September has rounded the corner, it's come time to plan the upcoming Halloween festivities. And who more fitting to celebrate the spooky season than, uh, Fatboy Slim? On October 28, the organizers behind Elements Festival, BangOn!NYC, are throwing a Halloween “Warehouse of Horrors” in a massive new East Williamsburg warehouse.
Experience vaulted ceilings, two stages of music, a silent disco, freaky interactive art, human bowling (apparently that's a thing), trick-or-treating and mutant art cars among a host of other activities.
Best of all, heading up the ghastly events is original big beat legend Fatboy Slim. We're not sure how songs like “The Rockafeller Skank” will meld with a haunted Halloween atmosphere, but there's only one way to find out. Also on the diverse lineup are deejays Detlef, Clozee, Maximono and NYC duo The Golden Pony.
