What do you find at the end of a rainbow bagel?
Probably a pot of these vibrant St. Patrick’s Day-themed bagels from psychedelic bagel purveyors, The Bagel Store.
The Brooklyn hot spot’s official Instagram account just posted the following masterpiece from the “world’s premier bagel artist” Scot Rossillo. Along with a photo of the orange-and-green works in progress, the store wrote the cryptic message: “It is never too early to get some luck of the Irish.”
Judging from the crazy long lines at the bagel shop’s Brooklyn locations over the last few weeks, luck is definitely one thing they're definitely not in short supply of.
