Get Puckered at Triumph Hotels
You’ll need to be camera ready at all times, y’know, in case of street-style photographers. That’s why Pucker Makeup Studio teamed up with Triumph Hotels to give your mug a free makeover. Pucker artists are setting up shop inside each of the chain’s seven hotels (the Evelyn Wednesday 9, Hotel Chandler Thursday 10, Hotel Belleclaire Friday 11, Hotel Edison Monday 14, the Iroquois Tuesday 15, the Cosmopolitan September 16, and Washington Jefferson September 17), but get there early—touch ups are first-come, first-served.
Retail brands SoleScription and Studio 15 invite you to an awesome party at one of Manhattan’s hot spots: the Chester at the Gansevoort Hotel. Nab a ticket (presale $10, at the door $20) and you’ll receive free beauty touch-ups and hairstyling. Plus, there will be music by DJ Temisphere, half-off drink specials and a secret preview of Studio
15’s collection.
On-demand beauty app, GLAMSQUAD, wants you to look fierce. But instead of delivering makeup artists to your door, you can summon a GlamTaxi, which will drop you off anywhere between Skylight Clarkson Studios (558 Washington St), Milk Studios (450 W 15th St), IMG’s HQ (451 W 14th St) and Spring Studios (50 Varick St), and beauty gurus will give you makeup touch-ups during the ride. Just keep your peepers peeled for any bright coral-colored Chevy Surburban, wave it down and download the app to hop in. Oh, and did we mention the service is completely free?
L’Occitane Party in Provence Event
Celebrate the end of NYFW madness with a little pampering at L’Occitane’s Flatiron flagship. On Thursday, Sept 17, there will be complimentary hors d’oeuvres and Provencal-inspired refreshments provided while you enjoy a luxe mini-facial featuring the skincare brand’s new Divine Cream Mask. Bonus: With any $65 purchase, you will receive a complimentary cosmetic bag by Antik Batik and two travel-size products of your choice.
StyleCaster Social Lounge
StyleCaster and Sally Hansen have partnered to give you gel manicures, makeovers, braids, massages and gift bags during the most style savvy week of the year. There will also be an emoji photo booth designed by Baron Von Fancy, so you should definitely take advantage and pose for a bazillion selfies afterward.
