Twenty years ago this week, Time Out New York put out our very first issue. It featured Mira Sorvino on the cover, and inside we picked best places that are open late in the city (we're still total night owls). You can see how we've grown by checking out some of our most memorable covers, and take a look back at the decade of our birth with these sweet photos of NYC in the '90s. But to celebrate our big 2-0, we're mostly looking ahead. (That's what you do in your 20's, right?) In this week's issue, we dream up the NYC of the future, and pick the New Yorkers who are going to shape the city over the next couple of decades.
