The inaugural Panorama Music Festival is coming to NYC Friday, July 22 to Sunday, July 24. The fest brings headlining sets from Kendrick Lamar, Arcade Fire and a reunited LCD Soundsystem—each of which you'll be able to see without much distraction from competing performances. In fact, the fest mostly avoids overlapping sets by 1. not having that many artists, relatively, spread over its 11-hour days 2. limited the acts to three stages, including the dance-music-focused Parlor stage. There's one exception to that rule: On Friday, DJ Khaled's sure-to-be-special-guest-filled set butts into Arcade Fire's time slot....decisions. There's a few other tough choices to make (Anderson .Paak vs. Blood Orange, Sia vs. Holy Ghost!), but it looks like Panorama will be a relatively FOMO-free concert-going experience. Now, just if the weather cooperates.
