Is it 5pm yet? You’re probably in the midst of planning where to go to happy hour tonight, and any boozehound knows there are many factors to consider. Like, which watering hole has the best beer-and-shot combo or the tastiest bar food and snacks? How about gimmicks like live music and arcade games? These are critical check-list points, but how about drinks with a little warm-weather flair? Three words people: Boozy Snow Cones.

Yeah, we don’t care if it’s only a high of 55 degrees and overcast AF. We want one of the boozy snow cones from The Lively (26 Ninth Avenue at 14th St) in our mouths right now. The newish drinking den is located in the Meatpacking District—don’t roll your eyes just yet—and usually offers live music. (Tonight, you can check out Scruffy Pearls and Caterina J.) But music perks and semi-lackluster location aside, let’s talk snow cones.

Here are the awesome flavors and concoctions you can sip later:

Rocket Bomb: Skyy Vodka, Giffard Blue Curaçao, Blood Orange ($6)
Smokin' Hot: Nuestra Soledad Mezcal, Passion Fruit-Chili Syrup ($8)
Yuzu Ricky: Tanqueray Gin, Yuzu Juice, Maraschino Cherry ($7)
Hell To Pay: Gosling's Black Seal Rum, Guava, Hellfire Bitters ($6)
Midori Hour: Skyy Vodka, Midori Melon Liqueur, Fresh Lemon ($5)
Mango Chill: Old Forester Bourbon, Mango Purée, Angostura Bitters ($6)
Piña Sno-lada: Bacardi White Rum, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk ($5)

If those don’t make your mouth water, make sure to check out a few other spots where you can slurp boozy frozen drinks in NYC. Now let’s get lit!
