Make getting to Prudential Center from NYC a breeze with a car

It had been a minute since I'd seen Muse, one of the best rock bands around today. So when I was offered the chance to see them for the first time in about a decade I jumped at it. Turns out, the Prudential Center, where I'd be seeing the show, is located right across the river in Newark. So good, close is good. I was slightly less nervous now. When I learned I'd be getting a lift to the show straight from my office in a car I was stoked. Things don't get much easier and more convenient than that, and taking a car still always seems like a luxury to me (I'm one of the many New Yorkers who doesn't own a car.)

Right after work my co-worker Angel and I were greeted by a super friendly, badass female driver Sasha, soon to be known as "Sasha Fierce." She ushered us into the car and away we went. We opted to take the Holland Tunnel but there's more than one way to get over there, and the journey from midtown is a little over a half hour in total by car. Angel and I had a blast on the way there, chatting about how excited we were for the show and texting our friends that we were meeting up with at the Prudential Center.

The best part of our journey was being dropped off right at the main entrance. It was a total treat to have this experience after work on a random Friday. Having a car service waiting outside your office to take you to a show that is. We also didn't have to deal with crowds or lines this way! So what are you waiting for? Check out my fast and easy journey to the Prudential Center in the video below.
