Our mission to find the city’s best bartender is finally complete! Last week, we crowned the winner of our competition: Anthony LoPorto of the Bean Post Pub in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. So where does NYC's favorite drink slinger like to go out? Here are Anthony's favorite watering holes.

The Beer Garden Bar and Grill (1883 Victory Blvd, Staten Island)
“They have a good craft beer selection and a full food menu. It’s a good place to sit down and decompress.”

The Triple Crown Ale House (330 7th Ave)
“I’m a big Rangers fan, and it’s close to the Garden, so I’ll have a Maker’s and ginger or something mundane, and a burger before the game.”

Pour House of Bay Ridge (7901 3rd Ave, Brooklyn)
“That’s probably the place you’ll find me most. I’ll go there to grab a Bloody Mary before work. They had a bottle of Drambuie placed aside for me there, and that was my personal bottle.”

Red White and Brew (8910 5th Ave, Brooklyn)
“It’s a new place, a good escape place for me. They’re a great place to go have a couple beers.”

The Wicked Monk (9510 3rd Ave, Brooklyn)
“Not to sound like I’m over the hill, but I like to go to places where I can have food, sit down and relax. They have a full menu—I had short ribs one time, lamb one time. That’s not just a stop-in burger type of place.”
