Apart from visions of twinkling lights, ice skating and cozy weekends spent sipping winter cocktails at bars with fireplaces, the holiday season conjures up another scene—gift shopping!

We’ve already filled you in on the best holiday offerings in Brooklyn as well as the most festive winter bazaars in the city, but there are two more über-cool markets worth checking out this week.

Winter Warmer Gift Market

If don’t already know, Swords-Smith in Williamsburg is chock-full of fashions from wonderful independent designers, but starting Thursday, Dec 11th, there will be even more gift offerings at this multi-designer pop-up. Score candles, jewelry, textiles and more from unique artists, plus there will be music and free drinks, allowing you to sip and hum while you shop.

Swords-Smith, 98 S 4th St between Wythe and Bedford Aves Williamsburg, Brooklyn (347-599-2969, swords-smith.com). Thu 11–Dec 29. Mon–Fri noon–8pm, Sat 11am–8pm, Sun noon–7pm.

Refinery29 Tinseltown Bazaar

Ever wonder which beauty products, fashion brands and home décor items the editors over at Refinery29 love most? Refinery29 is partnering up with Site Unseen in honor of the fashion blog’s third annual holiday bazaar, Tinseltown. This one-stop shopping destination allows you to shop clothes, beauty products, home décor items and DIY opportunities from some of the coolest vendors around the world.

Cooped up inside the OpenHouse Gallery in NoLita, holiday offerings from Fredericks and Mae, Bower, CHIAOZZA, Best Made Company and Alex Proba are up for grabs. And just in case you have a holiday party coming up, receive tips and tricks to create your own beautiful updo at the Fekkai styling station and before you leave, get primped at the European Wax Bar.
